Dear Prospective Exhibitor:
The Carolinas Clinical Connection 2011 planning committee is pleased to extend to you an invitation to participate in the joint meeting of North and South Carolina laboratory professional organizations March 23-25 at Embassy Suites North Charleston. We have an excellent room rate at Embassy Suites It is beautifully decorated with rooms for $129.00/night. This includes a free full breakfast and a 2 hour "Managers Reception" each day. Some of the sponsoring organizations which routinely participate in this meeting include the NC and SC affiliate societies for American Medical Technology, American Society for Clinical Laboratory Scientists, and CLMA.
The Exhibit Committee has explored many suggestions for providing exhibitors ample time and opportunity to share their company's products, equipment and information with meeting attendees. The current plans are to open the Exhibit area on Wednesday, March 23 from 6pm to 8pm with a wine and cheese party to be held in the exhibit area. Exhibits will again be open from 10 am until 3 pm on Thursday, March 24th. There will be no scientific sessions scheduled from noon until 3pm on Thursday. This time will include Lunch in the exhibit area with additional time dedicated to exhibitors. Various activities have been planned within the exhibit hall to help attract the CCC attendees to the exhibits.
The fee to exhibit is $700.00 per booth which includes an 8' x 10' space, one 6' skirted table, chair, a corporate identification sign, and one electrical hookup.

Please return the application as soon as possible so all necessary information is mailed to you. Don't miss out! Exhibit space will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Permanent assignments of booths will be based on receipt of application and fee.
